The deck faces the ocean and has stunning panoramic views – from Atlantic City to Corson’s Inlet and Sea Ilse City. With a dining table as well as lounge chairs, the deck is a great place to enjoy 3 seasons – whether you’re wearing shorts or a sweater, it is just a wonderful spot to sit and take in the ocean views, scents, and observe the birds and beach goers.

Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated with NEW bedding, pillows, blankets & comforters in Fall 2020.  The master bedroom includes a queen bed, large closet, ample dresser storage, 43″ flat screen TV and DVD player and access to the rear deck as well as the newly renovated master bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle bed underneath, a comfy sofa with a pull-out twin bed, plus a dresser, wall mounted TV and a DVD player. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, large closet and a wall mounted TV and DVD player.

Main Bathroom, which has full tub and custom tile shower combination has beautiful custom quartz countertop, custom tile flooring and a door which separates the sink area from the tub/shower/toilet area, allowing 3 people to use the bathroom (2 at the sink area plus 1 in the toilet/shower area) at the same time.  Full linen closet included in this bathroom for tenant usage.

The master bathroom has custom vanity with custom quartz countertop and a custom, spa-like shower and tons of storage space.

The 3rd full bathroom is on ground level. It is completely private and locking, and includes a fiberglass shower, toilet and sink — making it incredibly convenient to run off the beach across the street to use the facilities and head back to the beach without going up stairs or showering and dressing downstairs.

Our home includes a full laundry room with a high efficiency washer and dryer,  drying rack & ironing board and iron.

We also provide 6 Beach Tags, 6 bicycles, 8 beach chairs.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you’ll need: dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender , mixer and crock pot, pressure cooker, beautiful quartz counter tops, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.

The house is well stocked with movies, for both kids and adults, Comcast cable TV, Netflix instant streaming included, 5 TV’s (55″ flat screen in living room, 43″ in master bedroom, 43″ in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedroom), 1 BLU-RAY/DVD player in living room, 1 DVD in Twin Bedroom and 1 DVD in Bunk Bedroom, Wireless Hi-Speed Internet, Roku for Netflix and Amazon Video viewing,  plenty of books and magazines, 2 decks. Front deck FACES THE OCEAN with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS.
